The hosting platform and payment gateway used by this site do not permit content considered to be NSFW (Not Suitable For Work). We have no objections to commissions involving artwork genuinely qualifying as Fine Art Nudes. If you wish to engage us in such a commission, please reach out to us outside of this store.

Returns & Refund Policy

Policy for any Art damaged or lost in shipment

All shipments are insured. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, be sure to take clear pictures of the damage to the shipping box as well as the damage to the artwork before signing for the package. Note the damage on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt before signing. File your claim with the shipper immediately. Retain all materials including the box. Contact us immediately so we can provide you with any documentation you may need for filing your claim. It is crucial that you file your claim so the shipping company has a clear record of the damage and value of the item. We will file our claim with the insurance company - usually the same company as the shipping company. If you purchased the item via a pay-over-time option then both you and we will notify the loan company that the shipment was damaged and your payments will be suspended until the issue is resolved. Once your claim is acted upon by the shipping company contact us and we will take the necessary action to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction. This may involve returning the item for repair, if possible, replacing the item, or a full refund, if the item was lost in shipping. We will pay shipping costs for returning the item.

Policy for Gallery (non-custom) Art

Before shipping any item we provide digital pictures of the finished item and ask you to accept or reject the item.

After receipt if you decide you do not want the Gallery artwork you purchased you may return it within 14 days for a full refund, minus the original shipping charges. You must return the item undamaged in its original packaging and pay the shipping charges. Return shipping must be with insurance for the original price (value) of the item and tracking must be provided.

Policy for Custom Art

During production of the item we provide you with digital pictures at strategic points and request your assessment of the work. The purpose is to help ensure you will receive an item that truly pleases you. We can make requested revisions during this process. If at any point you decide that the artwork is not going to fulfill your expectations, we will cancel the production and issue you a full refund.

Finally, before shipping any item we provide digital pictures of the finished item and ask you to accept or reject the item. This process is designed to protect you - revisions can often be done to the artwork if you desire, and depending upon the nature of the requested revisions (if they do not involve changes beyond the previously agreed scope of the artwork) these can be at no additional charge to you. Otherwise we will negotiate the requested changes and their cost to you to arrive at a satisfactory (to you) outcome. However, if you decide that the artwork is not going to fulfill your expectations, we will cancel the production and issue you a full refund.

In view of the above process, we do not accept returns of undamaged artwork.
